One type of appointment for patrons who want to use any or all of these services!

Based on patron feedback and needs, we have updated our appointment model:

  • Visits are 50 minutes (exception: last appointment of the day ends at least 15 minutes before closing, so the last appointment of the day most days is 45 minutes).
  • Visits start every hour on the hour beginning at 10am daily until last full hour before closing.
  • Patrons can book up to 2 visits per day.

Benefits to this new appointment model:

  • Allows for more appointments per day, which also means accommodating more patrons each day.
  • Patrons who need more time in the library now have the option to book up to 2 appointments a day.

This schedule is in place to maintain our safety plan and mandated building occupancy limits as per NY Forward guidelines.

More appointment information:

  • Register up to 7 days in advance
  • Must provide name and phone number- Will be used for contact tracing purposes ONLY
  • Register each person in your party separately
