One-on-One Techtorials

Mondays 10:30-11:15am & 2:00-2:45pm,  Thursdays 10:30-11:15am

Looking for tech support for your computer, laptop or mobile device? Need assistance setting up your Windows PC or Macbook? Or would you like to learn how to use one of the library's many digital services, such as Hoopla, Libby, Ancestry or LinkedIn Learning? Then our one-on-one techtorials are for you! Please visit our events calendar to register.

Registration opens on the 20th of each month. Due to high demand, we ask patrons to limit their appointments to two per month.

The following services are NOT offered:

• Malware, spyware, or other malicious app removal or remediation
• Hardware repair
• Operating System repair or re-installation 

Wednesdays 10-10:45am, 11am-11:45am, & 12-12:45pm 

IN PERSON AT THE LIBRARY w/ LiteracyCNY's Digital Literacy Volunteer

LiteracyCNY's Digital Literacy Volunteer is now available for 45-minute one-on-one tech help appointments! During these appointments you can learn how to:

• use a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone;
• upload a document to a USB drive; connect to WiFi;
• create and use an email account;
• find and apply for jobs;
• use social media;
• work with Microsoft Office or Google Suite; 
• create a resume and cover-letter.
