Form & Instruction Booklet Pickup

We have ordered and are currently waiting to receive some of the most commonly used federal and state forms and instructions booklets.  We expect to have them available for patrons by the middle of February.

Free Printing of Tax Forms

For special form requests, please call the library at 315-492-1727 in advance to arrange for pick up.

• Free printing of FORMS ONLY, no instruction booklets
• Patron needs to know the form number or name of form- By law, library staff cannot assist in determining what form a patron needs.
