The Friends of Onondaga Free Library is an all volunteer, non-profit group whose purpose is to receive and encourage gifts to the Library and focus public attention on the Library’s benefits to the community.
Attend a Meeting!
Please join Friends meetings which are held the second Monday of each month at 7:15 p.m. at the library.
The Friends make a difference by providing the Library with funds for:
• Library collections, including books, movies, and periodicals
• computers and software
• community programs and events
• furniture, equipment, and building improvements
Annual Book Sale & Other Fundraisers:
The Friends hold a used book sale each spring offering gently used books, movies, recordings, puzzles and games. Your donations to this annual event are encouraged. As the sale approaches each year, contact the library for more details on donating, volunteering and dates. Other fundraising events held throughout the year include raffles, bake sales, and the annual membership drive.

You can join at any time during the year! Annual membership due are as follows:
• Senior: $5
• Individual: $10
• Family: $25
• Patron: $100
• Or another amount of your choosing.
